Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

2. Allowable Refunds

We may offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

The product is broken, malfunctioning, or not working as described.

The product has a critical security vulnerability.

You have not downloaded the product files (verified via our logs).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

You simply changed your mind or found a different product.

You lack the necessary technical expertise to use the product.

The purchase was made more than 14 days ago.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support[at]snippion.com with your Order ID and a description of the issue. We will review your request and process it via Lemon Squeezy if approved.
